We played a softball game last night and the pitcher knew how to slow-pitch a softball with extreme top and bottom spin. He would pitch the guys with top spin and we were pop-flying out and was pitching the girls with bottom spin and they were grounding out to the pitcher. Does anyone know how to hit the ball good when it is thrown with a lot of spin?
its not much help but i would just aim to hit the top half of the ball if your a male and the bottom half if your a girl. thats what i do wen i am wanting a certain type of hit.
