Things To Remember For You're Safari
visiting a new country can be a task within itself let alone venturing a totally new continent which i why i've wrote this peice which will why i've wrote this article which will hopefully guide you through you're africa adventure.
Safari's - On you're journey's to the African continent it's crucial you pack the bare essentials as buying them there can prove either outrageously expensive or sometimes near impossible to even find them, so put these words into practice and pack everything you think you will need for your Holidays on Safari.
Be it Holidays in Kenya or even Mozambique beach holidays it's irelevant, but its rule of thumb you have your vaccinations by your local GP or Doctor what'll prevent you catching common diseases such as tetanus and polio.
make sure you collect and travel with the documentation the doctor or the vaccine administrator will give you as they will need to be displayed to African migration at the air port to allow you into the country.
Attire: If you're heading out on a Safari tour expect to catch lots of sun as there isn't much shade in the outback's and plateaus so dress appropriately in pastel coloured ,light weigh,t breathable fabric shorts and T-shirts which won't bound heat and keep you cool and airy. For footwear i recommend you wear hiking trains or flyweight walking boots which are made from a breathable fabric that'll provide you with comfort, support and protection from bugs.
Sun Cream: it's a given you apply buckets load's of sun cream on yourself which will prevent you're skin from burning which could ultimately ruin your holiday, a factor 25-30 cream applied every couples of hours will provide great protect and will also let your skin tanned, for kids with delicate skin up the factor to a 40-50.
Mobile phones: keep more than one phone on you if possible and ideally in separate locations, this isn't only due to signal probably which often occurs in great expanses of land (I found out the hard way on my safari in Kenya), but thieving In large city's or your phones battery's unexpectedly dieing of all charge may freakishly happen so it's wise to be precautious in alien situations.
SOMALIA: Mohamud Mohamed Ali, “Two years later, I am back to square one” (IRIN)
NAIROBI 06 December 2011 (IRIN) - Mohamud Mohamed Ali, 21, was a high-school
student when he fled the Somali capital, Mogadishu, in June 2009, in fear of
being forcibly recruited into Al-Shabab. His dangerous journey ultimately took
him to South Africa. He spoke to IRIN about his experience:
"Mozambique Drill"
